I have been extremely fortunate in being able to travel the world in search of wildlife that most people only experience on the TV screen. Over the past 13 years, I have been employed as a naturalist and expedition leader traveling to the world's greatest wildlife destinations. I have traveled extensively in Central and South America, throughout Africa, India, Australia, Antarctica as well as remote areas like Papua New Guinea, Komodo Islands and Bhutan. My expertise is in wildlife and I would be happy to provide information on travel as well as reputable travel companies to make the most of your wildlife travel.
Note! I am not a travel agent. I am a naturalist with a great deal of travel experience and know what areas of the world are best suited for eco-tours and what travel companies provide the best tours.

International Travel Companies:
I have provided numerous speaking engagements over the years, focusing on international destinations. I can provide speaking engagements in the U.S. for your company, which may be extremely valuable in saving money as time away from your office, saving an international round-trip airfare, etc......may be of value. My talks have been well received in the past and I can address all of the particulars in regards to your country and destination. Everythings from local transportation, lodging, meals, local guides, cultural customs and wildlife to be expected.

Guide Training:
I can provide guide training in areas thoughout the world to assist companies in preparing guides to work with American travelers. Guide training can be provided during your "low season" when guides may be avaiable to take advantage of a 2 or 3 day training program. Topics include guiding techniques, amking the most of a plan B approach, illness, lectures, PowerPoint Presentations, tools of the trade to provide highly effective environmental education and the over-all responsibilities of being a highly motivated, responsible guide. The guide training can be adapted to fit the needs of the individual company as well as the various regions of the World.

- I have worked in international eco-toursim for the past 13 years, traveling to the World's greatest wildlife destinations. Prior to this, employment included Executive Director of Chattahoochee Nature Center, working at Zoo Atlanta in the reptile department and working with the peregrine falcon re-introduction program, in Virginia. I am currently involved in numerous natural history writing projects with a focus on the Southeastern U.S. I also provide natural history speaking engagements as well as reptile theme educational parties for youngsters.
